What information do we collect?
The information we collect from you part of an online service is exclusively for the use of Sew Confident Ltd. This may include your email address, first and last names, telephone number, postal address, dietary requirements, allergies and information regarding how you found us. Information is used in connection with classes you have booked or products you have bought. We only collect information that makes it necessary to deliver the products services you are signing up to.
We do not store any card details. These are processed by the following third parties:
Stripe Card transactions.
Paypal Card transactions and Paypal transactions.
Omniport Interest free credit partners.
Who Has Access to Your Information?
All Sew Confident employees have access to your information. At time of writing(4th April 2018) this is Jenny McCreary and Colette Cameron. The tutor teaching the class(if applicable) also has access to information relating to that specific class. Tutors who are not teaching your class will not have access to your information.
What do we use your information for?
We use your information for the following reasons:
To post your goods to you.
To contact you with necessary information relating to your purchase/class.
To order in suitable food.
To maintain a safe environment to work in(relating to allergies).
To contact you in an emergency.
We will only contact you with marketing information if you have agreed to be on our mailing list. You can opt out of this at any time.
Requesting/Deleting your Information
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you are entitled to a Subject Access Request. This means you can ask for a copy of all the information we hold. You can contact email@example.com for this information and we will send it to you within 1 month. You can also request that we securely delete any of your personal information that we hold.
We gather non personal data about the visitors to our website such as how many visits a page gets, type of browser being used etc. This information can in no way be linked back to a particular person.
A "cookie" is a small text file, which helps the server to identify your computer but not the individual. If you wish not to have this facility you are able to disable cookies using that option in your particular browsers settings.

Disclosure of Information
Any personal data collected by Sew Confident Ltd will never be made available to any third parties. It will not be held for longer than is necessary. We NEVER store bank details, all payments are dealt with securely via Paypal or Stripe and we have no access to this information.
Removing subscription to mailing lists
If you wish to remove yourself for our email subscription you can do this at the bottom of the email or by emailing us direct and requesting to be removed. We do not add people to our mailing list without prior consent.
Sew Confident Ltd is bound by the General Data Protection Regulation and will comply with its requirements.
