Here at Sew Confident working with our off-site service department we repair and service all domestic and semi industrial machines and overlockers* prices start from £75 for a service. Our off-site service department can source hard to find parts and can even 3D print obsolete parts for discontinued machines

Prices exclude all parts and substantial repairs may incur additional labour costs. Full payment required upon pick up of a machine. Permission will be sought before additional charges/parts are purchased

T&Cs

If your machine has a known fault please attach a note to the machine with the nature of the fault you are experiencing.
Please send the foot control and power lead, a bobbin case and spool with the machine. In the case of an embroidery machine we would also need the embroidery unit and hoop. These are required to allow us to fully test your machine.
Our usual repair turnaround is between 7 days after receiving the machine into our workshop, depending on parts availability.
